Utopia

This past weekend Cory went to Berlin to meet his new team and check out the studio and city. We were excited to move before...but now we wish we could leave like NOW. Cory said its like our own personal Utopia - a city full of artists and hippies and punks, full of public parks, great public transportation, amazing architecture, low cost of living. Graffitti is embraced as art and there are murals on everything. Cory saw like 10 public protests just during the weekend he was there. There are tons of small cafes with amazing food. The studio is in a historical building overlooking the Spree and the remaining parts of the wall. We are hoping to live in Friedrichschain. I cannot wait to get over there. Here are just a few of the pictures from his trip:

  8. Unless you need a budget hotel or advice on how to live off of nothing while you're there, I don't really think I can give you any valuable advice from my personal experiences there! How great you guys will have a place to live and money for food! I was just reading our journal not too long ago about how we lived off of bread, cheese and bottled water and I feel like kicking myself--why didn't we just live it up and put everything on our credit card??? It would have been worth going into debt over!:) Idiots!
