Cinco de Mayo
Ahhhh...Mexico. Hard to believe its been a year since I was there, and now I am so far away from you. I will be dreaming of Ceviche and Aguas Frescas tonight.

I didn't know what the aquas frescas or ceviches were. I had to google it. I am so thirsty now and wish we had good fruit to make a nice smoothie...
