Transition
I kind of have a thing for chairs. Don't know what thats about. I found this beautiful scene at an abandoned hospital outside of Berlin. Its like a playground for photographers. Movie directors love it too, I believe its been used in a multitude of films.
I have been trying to focus lately on where I draw my inspiration and trying to find my "eye". It has been a frustrating enterprise - but it must have something to do with the changing season. I am having a hard time letting go of summer. I feel like every year at this time I have to go through a grieving process.
I am also a busy little bee this week working on getting some cool stuff off the ground that I can't wait to tell you about.
Look for an announcement soon!

Just yesterday, i came across a story and its picture... the picture of empty chairs... a permanent art-display in Oklahoma City, reminding of "the bombing". When I looked at the picture, I had to think of your blog pictures and i intended to share with you the web-site on which that story and its image was located, however, I ended up forgetting to make a note of that and thus have lost it :-( I am pretty sure, you will come to mind, somehow, whenever i look upon an empty chair ;-)
ReplyDeleteWOW - love the pictures!!! absolutly amazing!!!!
ReplyDeleteif I could only get 1/2 as good for my jewelry photos!

Thank you both for the kind comments!
ReplyDeleteJulie, that is well put--yes, I feel the same way, like going through a grieving process when summer is ending. As much as I love all the seasons, it's the hardest to let go of.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to read the "announcement" of what is going on.
ReplyDeletegreat photos, as usual...
